I came to research through psychology, and through genuine curiosity about different contexts. My first research papers were about social media, body image, and self-perception through digitization. I trained toward becoming a therapist, then followed those questions into cultural, psychological and experience research instead, where people's real lives meet the products, services and culture around them.

My focus is the deep end: unhurried conversations, observation, and context. I'm drawn to the parts that don't add up yet, the shift you can feel before it's named, because that's usually where the real understanding is.

I work independently, but I do my best work inside teams, so the understanding stays in the organisation instead of dying in a slide deck. And as the tools keep changing, I believe real expertise and staying human are what keep the work honest.
